Here at Direct Games Room, the UK’s premiere games room equipment specialist, we fully understand peoples concern at parting with information. For this reason we only ask for the minimum information we need to process your enquiry, or order.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
When you place an order directly on the website at Direct Games Room, via the shopping cart, from the time you actually start to part with confidential information, you are doing so on a secure server, encrypted to the highest security level. In fact at no time do we even get to see that information, or store it in any way. If your payment is approved by your card issuer, we simply get confirmation of that fact, with none of your secure details.
If you chose to provide your card details by phone for us to process, once again we input your details via a secure server, encrypted to the highest security level. Once your order has been approved by your card issuer, we securely dispose of the sensitive card details and only retain the information needed to process your order, like your contact details and delivery address.
DATA SECURITY
When we need to store any information we may have collected we always do so securely, using the latest security measures available, which are updated on a daily basis. We take all reasonable steps possible to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage.
We will only store your information for a reasonable length of time, or as long as the law may require us to, before securely disposing of it.
CAN I SEE THE INFORMATION
You are entitled to see the personal information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us at customerservice@directgames.com. We are entitled by law to charge a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of this information.
